John Farrar Designs

John Farrar has been a designer/craftsman for over 22 years. Finely handcrafted wood creations with intricate inlays, also known as marquetry, are trademarks of John's work. The pieces begin with the selection of the finest lumber and veneer available. All wood components of each piece are carefully matched for color and figure. Joints are precisely cut and much attention is paid to detail. Finally several coats of a specially blended finish are applied by hand, then hand buffed to a satin smooth finish. All pieces created by John Farrar Designs come with a warranty against defects in craftsmanship, and materials. They are made to last for generations. The pieces of art exhibited and sold by John Farrar Designs are individually designed, handcrafted, and signed by the artist
